10 Commandments of Shooting Safety

I- Always keep the muzzle of your weapon pointed in a safe direction.

II- Firearms should be ALWAYS be unloaded when not in actual use.

III- Don't rely on your weapons "safety".

IV- Be sure of your target and surer of what is beyond it.

V- Use only the correct manufacture specified ammunition.

VI- If your gun fails to fire when the trigger is pulled, STOP and handle with extreme care!

VII- Always wear eye and ear protection when shooting.

VIII- Be sure the barrel is clear of any obstructions before beginning any shooting.

IX- Do not alter or modify your gun, and always have guns serviced and cleaned regularly.

X- Learn in depth the unique and specific mechanical and handling characteristics of the firearm you are using.
