PATHFINDER is a NEW lightweight all-aluminum pocket penlight that provides a
focused beacon of "non-glare" light for reading maps, for checking
instruments or for quietly illuminating your surrounding area at night.
Ideal for when you don't want or need to attract a lot of unwanted
attention.
- The
special "Soft Red" LED high intensity bulb will continue to operate in
excess of 100,000 hours. No bulb replacement will ever be
necessary.
- The
PATHFINDER will provide continuous peak performance for well over 50 hours. It
derives its power from 2 "AAAA" batteries. The PATHFINDER comes pre-loaded with
the new to the market "EVEREADY Titanium E batteries", so it is ready to
use right out of the package.
- The
PATHFINDER is water resistant and has a fitted barrel clip for easy and secure
attachment within your shirt or jacket pocket or over the inside edge of your
outdoor pack. It is rugged and durable enough to pack directly in with your
maps or with your other survival gear. LED bulbs are not susceptible to damage
by vibrations or temperature variations like incandescent bulbs.
- This
is a perfect little penlight to keep in your pack, on your boat, in your
vehicle or for use whenever glare can be a problem. The soft red glow provides
more than adequate illumination for reading but does not cast the accompanying
identifying light glare of a flashlight; for when you do not want someone else
or some animal to notice your location.
